“You Had Me at Hello” Winner in Spartanburg District 2

“You Had Me at Hello”—that’s the kind of customer service impact Spartanburg Two schools want to make. Diana McKinney, secretary at Mayo Elementary, is the most recent recipient of the district’s “You Had Me at Hello” Award, recognizing individuals on the front lines of communication and customer service who graciously greet school visitors and staff and serve with patience, professionalism, and enthusiasm as ambassadors for their schools.

In the nominations, Diana is described as a problem solver, rapport builder, helpful in any situation, giving 100%, knowledgeable about her school, conscientious, courteous, and caring.

Anyone (staff member, parent, student, school visitor) may nominate a classified staff member for this year’s award by submitting a nomination form, available at http://www.spartanburg2.k12.sc.us/pr/index.htm.
