• All medication will be given by the school nurse.
• Students should not have medication on their person.
• All medication should be brought to school by a responsible adult.  The medication (if prescription) should be in it's original pharmacy container.  Over the counter medication must be kept in original container as well. The parent must also complete and return the Medication Administration form.  Medications should be given at home if at all possible.  Only medications that are to be given 4 times a day, or that are to be given at a specified time during the school day will be given.

Asthma/Diabetes/Anaphylaxis

Students who have these conditions should have Self Medicating paperwork on file with the nurse at school in the nurse's office.
