The Who's Who Among America's Teachers Award is an award in which former students  (who are Who's Who Among America's High School Students recipients ) of that teacher act as nominators for that teacher.  Historically, only around 5% of all students in High School are Who's Who Students and perhaps 1% of all teachers are Who's Who Teachers.
