Extra Edition

Extra Edition is our after-school program that is housed on school grounds. Students are dismissed at the end of the school day to report to the cafeteria, where Extra Edition meets. Our Extra Edition staff provides an after school setting where students are able to have fun in a safe environment.
During EE time, students are able to complete their homework in an assigned homework room. They are provided time to take part in our school wide reading initiative called 100 Book Challenge. We also have planned arts and craft activities on a daily basis. Students have an opportunity to make use of our computer labs. There are scheduled gym activities, guest readers, and much more.
To enroll your child in Extra Edition, you will need to fill out an information packet, which is found in the front office. There is a one time $15.00 registration fee and the cost for daily child care services are $10.00 per day that your child stays. Parents are welcome to use our program on an as needed basis as long as their child has been registered for the program.
