on his/her immunizations? |

All students attending school are required to follow
immunization requirements that are set by the state. Each state
may have different requirements. Students who transfer in from out
of state may not be in compliance with South Carolina guidelines. The
nurse will be able to review the immunization records to determine if
your child is up to date by our guidelines. You may also take your
records to your doctors office or to the health department to have them
transferred to a S.C. form. When a student's immunizations are not up-to-date, this can put them and others as risk for developing a serious illness.
